About Me

I am passionate about helping individuals who want to better themselves through therapy, and other modalities of treatment. I am involved in a lifestyle of recovery, personally celebrating over 21 years of continued sobriety. I am a mother of two young adults, a grandmother of two, and I am married to a retired firefighter, who is also in recovery.

I enjoy riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, playing with my grandchildren and watching movies on Netflix and Kodi with my husband. I recently adopted a kitten named Gracie who brings much joy to my life today. I am a child of the 60's and 70's, who has seen much in my lifetime, and I feel very equipped to help individuals of all age groups, social and economic backgrounds and all sexes. I am open minded and am available to guide and direct those who are willing to ask for help.
