For twenty years Hayne has been working directly with teenagers and families within the context of Young Life and the local church. Now as a Marriage and Family counselor, Hayne continues to be passionately focused on helping individuals, couples and families successfully move through whatever dynamic season of challenge they might be experiencing. In tandem with his work at Elbow Tree, Hayne also actively has served as the Director of Counseling & Care for The SoulCare Project, a ministry dedicated to providing intentional space for rest and communion with Christ for ministry and marketplace leaders all over the globe. Hayne and Ruth Ann have been married nearly 18+ years and have three children of their own, one being adopted from Haiti.
Over the last twenty years, Hayne has been passionately and personally engaged with individuals, couples and families through his work with Young Life and the local church. Four years years ago, Hayne officially linked up with Elbow Tree Christian Counseling. Since then Hayne has logged nearly 8,000 hours of direct client engagement while also leading soul care groups all over the country.
