About Me

A few years ago, I made the decision to go back to school and begin a new career. After 26 years of marriage and being a "stay-at-home mom" with two sets of twins, I decided to take my passion about strengthening marriages and families to a new level. My life experience has literally been a prerequisite to creating a successful private practice as I help individuals and couples successfully navigate life transitions and the unexpected challenges that life can bring.

I have personally learned significant life lessons because of my own journey through years of infertility, experiencing pregnancy loss, adjusting to motherhood, and experiences of postpartum depression/anxiety. Because of these life challenges, I was determined to specialize in the area of reproductive mental health, with an emphasis on women's mental health. Utilizing my education, training and own life experience has proven to be one of the most effective tools in providing my clients empathy and compassion, a deeper understanding and insight into their problems, and much needed emotional support that results in a great sense of hope and healing to men and women. Seeing lives change is the greatest and most satisfying aspect of what I do

It is my hope that you will allow me the opportunity to walk with you through your journey, whether it be exploring your past, coping with your present, or planning for your future. I am here as a guide to help you navigate your personal path to fulfilling your dreams and potential. I look forward to walking with you through this journey called 'LIFE.'
