Licensed Clinical Psychologist (ME)
251 Woodford St Portland, ME 04103 US
My professional philosophy focuses on helping clients to develop skills and resources that enable them to cope with life difficulties as they arise. This philosophy emphasizes the view that therapy is a collaborative process and takes steps to ensure that clients feel they are in control of their therapy.
I am an avid outdoorsman and love the recreational opportunities of southern Maine. I am a diehard Boston sports fan, have been known to tell terrible jokes, and also love cooking, traveling, and relaxing in my hammock.
- I work with individuals and couples to treat anxiety, depression, substance abuse, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. Most of my sessions focus on the ACT model which emphasizes using your own values to help guide behaviors and work towards living a richer, more meaningful life.
