- You are not alone.My role is to assist you reconnect with the wellbeing and resilience that lies within.I've worked in the field of mental health for the past 9 years. I've been fortunate to counsel in private practice, an inpatient psychiatric unit, a mindful based eldercare agency, an HIV/AIDS support agency, and a addiction recovery agency with teens and families.I value diversity, all is welcome. I continue to expand my awareness for multicultural, gender and sexual orientation, religious/spiritual, socioeconomic and cultural differences.
