About Me

I am a child, adult, couple & family therapist, and have been in practice since May 2003.

I use primarily solution-focused, relationship-oriented, positive psychology, and systems-oriented approaches in my work. I use research-based and empirically-supported methods of intervention.

Some of my specialization areas include anxiety, separation/divorce, parenting, relationship issues/conflict, women's issues, stress and work-life balance.

I especially enjoy helping people heal from unhealthy intimate relationships and/or unhealthy family relationships, overcoming these experiences and empowering them in moving forward to create the life the want.

I am a child, adult, couple and family therapist, and have been in practice since May 2003.
