John’s biggest goal is to fully see you as a person. If you’re not convinced someone really “gets” what is going on with you, all the talking in the world will go nowhere. This is the first step in getting momentum going for therapy. Concrete goals for therapy will be established together, and a logical, step-by-step approach to finding solutions will be followed. John’s work is eclectic and strength-based, meaning he explores with you how your strengths can be used to create lasting solutions.
Tracey believes that her clients have the strengths and resources to resolve their problems and are just “stuck” when they decide to enter treatment. Tracey works closely with clients in creating goals and setting up a plan of action which helps the client achieve these identified goals. Many times there are barriers, which keep clients from achieving their goals. Tracey works closely with her clients to identify these barriers and problem solve ways to overcome the obstacles, which are keeping them from moving forward.
