About Me

Whether you are looking for assistance with depression, a difficult life transition or a troubled relationship, I look forward to consulting with you via Skype, by telephone or in person. I have experience assisting individuals, couples and families with a variety of problems, and it is possible that you may experience some symptom relief following the initial consultation or the first session. Counseling or psychotherapy is not the only way to improve your life or experience symptom relief, but it is one way to seek assistance in a non-judgmental atmosphere. If you’re looking for extra support or guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move your life in a new direction, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Please feel free to call or email me today for an individual, couples or family consultation.
