About Me

I have been a counselor for a little over 10 years now, and I absolutely love it! And while I've never been all that great with technology, I have figured it out and dove into the realm of telehealth...and I'm loving that too! It is making it possibly to live a more flexible life and be able to be more available to my 3 young boys.

I provide professional help in the following areas:

>Psychological issues: depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders

>Personal concerns: identity issues, sexuality, self-esteem, assertion, family problems, stress management

>Interpersonal issues: communication skills, dating and relationship issues, conflict management

In general, I am available to discuss any important personal concern you may be facing and work to develop new ways of resolving the problem or managing the concern.

And when I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family doing various things- camping, hiking, fishing, doing crafts of some sort, and reading. Or whatever else sounds fun!
