Hi, my name is Tracy and I look forward to providing counseling to help individuals and families to create growth and transformation. My focus is on the client-counselor relationship, exploring and using creative and experimental modalities to promote clarity of mental health and emotional issues. I reflect on multiple perspectives to help patients manage stress, redirect negative emotions and behaviors, and process past and present experiences. I use a variety of theoretical perspectives to ensure a tailored and individual therapeutic outcome for each of my clients. It is vital that we work as a team to understand your expectations for therapy. This means a commitment is needed to journey though challenges as you work towards a transformation. Listening, hearing, and understanding your needs is my commitment to you.
