My past experiences include: working with victims of crime; including sexual assault and domestic violence survivors. While being employed by community mental health for four years, I gained experience working with individuals with multiple risk factors and mental health concerns.

I have been in private practice for the past four years and offer my services for individuals with mild to moderate mental health concerns.

I am available to work with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices including Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy. This is always based on the individual needs of the client with a focus on a holistic perspective.

I graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Counseling. During my programs I worked as an intern on a crisis hotline and conducted group therapy for court ordered individuals. I also provided therapy for individuals who lived in a shelter home.
