Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL)

Palm Beach Gardens, FL US

About Me

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida, and my primary approach to therapy is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is person centered, completely non-judgmental, solution focused, and highly collaborative. It is my goal to get you to a place in your life that brings you fulfillment to your everyday. I understand how life can really be unfair and bring on so much suffering, but I also believe that no matter the suffering, there is always a way to get back to a life worth living. Whether you want to work with ACT or just want someone unbiased to listen without passing any judgment and provide constructive feedback or simply just a listening ear, I welcome you to book an appointment with me and see how counseling can help bring the color back to your life.

Here on my profile you can view my services and their costs. I charge out-of-pocket with sliding scale available. If you are unable to afford my session costs, send me a message and we can discuss what works best for you.
