About Me

My bicultural life experience growing up in the Bronx, NYC as a Latina with a Puerto Rican heritage, has helped me relate to people of diverse cultures and demographics. Having traveled the world in Europe and most recently in Japan, I continue to enjoy meeting many people, learning about their culture and way of thinking.

After relocating to Tampa Bay Florida in 1988, I began raising a family and developing my clinical skills further.

In my personal time I enjoy my 2 adult children, 2 young grandchildren, my friends, family, hobbies, yoga, travel and outdoor activities like tennis, kayaking, cycling and hiking. It is essential for our wellbeing that we keep balance in mind, spiritual and physical dimensions!
